1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Highnam Business Centre
Not everyone is born organised. Many school staff manage to struggle along, making sure that deadlines are met, even though this can sometimes mean working late into the night. This is fine to a point, but as you start to climb the career ladder and take on more responsibilities, you find that your previously tried and tested techniques no longer keep your head above water.
This half day session focuses on ways to manage your increased workload so that you can enjoy rather than struggle with your new responsibilities.
This course is suitable for any member of your school staff who would welcome advice and practical tips to help them manage their day to day workload.
Your staff will return to school with a number of proven techniques to adapt and utilise in school.
The session is led by Lou Burridge. With many years’ experience working in schools and training school staff on safeguarding, she recognises the pressures school staff face day to day and shares her proven methods for managing an increasing workload.
*The detrimental effect of overload
*The impact on your colleagues
*Effective working & productivity techniques – hints and tips to take away
