This course is aimed at supervisors, team leaders and line managers working in all sectors of the food industry. It would be particularly useful for supervisors undertaking either an internal audit or supplier approval and would also benefit those seeking BRC certification. This qualification may also be appropriate for those who have completed the Level 4 Awards in Managing Food Safety.
