Family tradition continues through new start up in Norwich
Our Nwes business advisor helped us with the business plan...most important of all she believed in us from day one. Marian Sprinceana
Marian and Doville Sprinceana both have a long family history in furniture. “All our family was involved in manufacturing high quality wooden furniture and this passion was transmitted from generation to generation.” says Marian.
Working in the furniture and engineering industries, Marian found a way to use his unique experience to begin his business. His wife, Doville, grew up in her father’s furniture company – perfect preparation for managing the company accounts of their new business. “Together, we will put Ethos Custom Furniture on the map and we will make sure it is a success.”
But how did they get started? Support from Nwes was key. Jessica supported Ethos Custom Furniture to join the Start & Grow programme, a business support programme offering one-to-one advice and training for new businesses. “I trust Nwes, because they trust me and I will collaborate ONLY with Nwes from now on. Thank you!”
Marian and Doville are looking to expand their team and take on new sales people in the near future, so they can continue to see their business grow.
Nwes Business Advisor Jessica Collin has confidence they will achieve all their aims: “It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Marian. He has all the qualities needed to make a successful business man – determination, enthusiasm and a passion for the products he is selling. With a proven career as a project engineer he approaches every challenge with a clear head and the upmost professionalism. I wish Marian every success in his new venture and very much look forward to assisting him over the coming months.”
Marian and Doville Sprinceana are clients of Nwes delivering business support in the East of England.
Under the Start & Grow initiative, Marian and Doville have received 22 hours of support and attended 4 training days. They have invested £4,000 into their business and have created 2 jobs.
